Coming days very crucial for AAP Party

Coming days may be tough challenge for AamAadmi Party government. Undoubtedly, the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has now started to feel that he made mistakes for which Delhiites responded with hard defeat in the municipal elections. After the defeat in Punjab, Goa and MCD elections the pitch of voices is rising against Arvind Kejriwal within Aam Aadmi Party. Among the founder members of party, Kumar Vishwas on Friday even blamed Kejriwal for giving tickets to wrong persons. He clearly said that it was the public not the EVM which defeated us. Besides Vishwas, former AAP leader and close to KejriwalMayank Gandhi even declared Kejriwal as greedy of power. Party's Punjab Chief Sanjay Singh admitted that the party leadership is cut off from workers. MP BhagwantMaan alongwith some other leaders have pulled upKejriwal to reform the party. Due to rising discontent the Chief Minister and the party convenor  said in a letter released on twitter "For the last two days I have talked with many volunteers and voters. It's true we have made mistakes. We will self-express these mistakes and improve them. The letter says that the time has come for us to improve our mistakes. There is a need to take action, not to make excuses. Now Kejriwal has also a challenge to hold his MLAs in the party. That is why he said to the winning counsellors in the municipal elections that for the sake of God not to leave the AamAadmi Party. If you people leave the party you will never be happy. Many analysts believe that coming days there will be a rise in the worries of AAP party. Various types of demand isnow being made from other sources as well.  Former Judge of the Supreme Court Justice MarkandeyKatju is often in the press due to his controversial  statements and views. He said that the President should dismiss the AAP government. He said that the President has now full rights to dismiss the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi. To give his statement a legal enforcement, Katju has referred to a case also. The Court had in State Bank of Rajasthan versus Union Bank of India case ruled that if a party is badly defeated in any election it means that now the party doesn't represent the will of the people. Yogendra Yadav of Swaraj India on Wednesday attacking on AAP said that Kejriwal should time and again remember the Right to Recall. The Delhiites have given referendum against Kejriwal, while the Congress Spokesperson Sharmishtha Mukherjee says that there is no such provision in the Constitution but the CM airing the issue must ask from himself on moral grounds. The issue of 21 MLAs is pending with the Election Commission. The Commission may disqualify them at any time. As such the coming days will be more challenging for Kejriwal. If the decision is against, the problems of AAP will increase. If these 21 seats go for polls in the near future, it is not difficult to presume how many seats will go to Kajriwal's party in present circumstances. By the way there is one more challenge for AAP engaged in self-expression and strengthening the organisation also. Still three seats are going to polls in Delhi. Out of these one is Assembly seat while other two are MCD wards. Better performance at three places will prove to be like Sanjivani. Winning Bawana Assembly and Maujpur and Sarai Pipalthala MCD wards is quite important for Kejriwal. It may be noted that Bawana MLA Ved Prakash had resigned from the Assembly just before the MCD elections and joined BJP. While elections were postponed due to death of one candidate each in Maujpur ward of East MCD and Sarai Pipalthala ward of North MCD.
