Kanhaiya’s Interim bail should be cancelled for violating the instructions

Quoting the lines of a song 'rang hara Hari Singh Nalwe se, rang lal hai Lal Bahadur se, rang bana basanti Bhagat Singh, rang aman ka veer Jawahar se' from film Upkaar, while granting bail to Kanhaiya Kumar, the Honbl'e Delhi High Court Judge Pratibha Rani asked why the colours of peace are being destroyed in the JNU? The court further said that this question must be asked from the students, teachers and the university administration there. The court also said that the anti-national slogans raised in the JNU would have disappointed the family members of the martyrs. These students are so able to raise slogans freely since the army personnel and the para-military forces are safeguarding the borders of the nation. Kanhaiya Kumar had been granted conditional bail. It was clearly stated that if the JNU Students' Union President Kanhaiya Kumar accused of treason is not serious to a single guideline of the High Court, his interim bail may be cancelled. The High Court had clearly directed Kanhaiya that he should not indulge in any kind of anti-national activities. But Kanhaiya Kumar is violating these guidelines. He intends to become a political icon. And in doing so he is being supported by the Left, Congress, Aam Aadmi Party and other opposition leaders. First of all let's talk about what he said  after a 20 days stint in the Tihar jail. Just after being released from the jail he said in his first speech that while Modi  was addressing , he quoted Stalin and Khrushchev. I felt that I should enter the TV and hold Modi's collar and  ask him to speak about Hitler also. Kanhaiya said that he was given one plate and bowls of two colours in the jail. One was red and the other was blue. The plate showed me India and the two bowls placed on it had glimpse in one of revolution and another of social harmony movement of Baba Saheb. So far it was still ok, but now Kanhaiya has crossed all the limits. This time he has targeted the Indian Army personnel. Referring to Kashmir, Kanhaiya said that women are raped by the army in Kashmir. Jawans rape the females for the security reasons. Though Kanhaiya also said that he respects the security forces but referring Kashmir he said that the army commits rapes there. Senior advocate of the Supreme Court, Monika Arora, giving her opinion said ,"Just as the judgements in the cases of Yakub Memmon and Afzal Guru, are analysed in JNU from Ganga dhaba to Sabarmati dhaba, in the same way, Kanhaiya Kumar's judgment should also be analysed." Speaking at the "Decoding the Bail Order" programme, She highlighted the observations of Delhi High Court Justice Pratibha Rani, who said the role that Kanahiya Kumar had played in the February 9 pro-Afzal Guru event was a matter of "investigation". The judgement says that the way freedom of speech was misused to raise anti-India slogans were certainly seditious, "she said. Discussing what comprised sedition ,she said ,"even a common man knows what sedition is: Bharat ke tukde kar do is definitely seditious. Another Supreme Court advocate, Vikramjeet Banerjee said: "Freedom of speech can be restricted on the ground of nation's integrity and security. When you say"bandook se lenge azaadi ,it constitutes sedition. You are free to say anything against the ruling government ,but you can't proclaim a desire to break the nation" If the slogans like "Bharat ke tukde kar do, Bharat ki barbaadi tak" are not anti-national then what are these? When you say 'bandook se lenge azaadi' doesn't it fall in the category of treason? Latest is his accusing the armed forces of committing rapes in Kashmir. Are these not violation of his bail conditions? There are enough reasons to cancel the bail of Kanhaiya. He has openly violated the conditions and continuing to do so. The police should file a petition in the court to cancel his interim bail. Officials of Delhi Police say , bail rejection plea against him may be filed in the High Court and there are sufficient evidences for it.
