Why should we expect any reciprocation from Pakistan?

After Pathankot attack It wasn’t difficult for Indian Agencies to conclude that the terrorists had come from Pakistan and the attack was planned, executed  in Pakistan itself. Immediately the evidence of this attack was provided to Pakistan but as it was expected Pakistan in its old traditional predictable method conducted raids at some places for show and also publicized the news of taking some persons into custody. However the best part is that they didn’t confirm officially the arrest of the Pathankot terror attack  mastermind Maulana Masood  Azhar. It’s also reported that the Pak government has categorically denied the phone number being Pakistani from  which the terrorists had spoken with their Pak handlers after reaching Pathankot. In fact when the Pak Prime Minister held the meeting of senior officers for two consecutive days; thereafter it was reported in Pak media through official sources that India has not provided any strong evidence. As per Pak media Maulana Masood Azhar has been taken into custody. But it has not yet been officially confirmed by the Pak government. The action is for show and may have been taken so that  the sequence of talks with India is not hindered and also escape from shame in the international world. The experience and record of Pakistan so far tells just that stern action has  never been taken against the terrorists sects creating carnage and terror in India from Pakistani soil. Pakistan firstly denies the terrorist activities of its people in India, then asks for evidence and later on says these are insufficient. With this it also boasts the neutrality of its judiciary. After terrorist attack of 26\11 Mumbai attack under pressure from India and international forum Pakistan had played drama of arresting Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Mohammed Syed and its top commander Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhawi earlier also but they are moving freely in Pakistan now. Officially Pakistan has put a ban on terrorist sects like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed but these groups are still active and  with fake names  openly vomiting poison on Pak territory against India. Hizbul Mujahidin’s chief Syed Salauddin is also hiding in Pakistan. But no action has been taken against him till date. Salauddin admitted  in an interview in 2012 that Pak intelligence agency ISI and Pak army have given free hand to the  Jehadi organisations,  be it Jaish-e-Mohammed or Lashkar-e-Taiba. It is because of the strategic, financial and moral help given by ISI and Pakistan Army that these organisations have not onle expanded their base but have become very lethal in their strikes. Within last five years Jaish-e-Mohammed has imparted military training to more than 500 terrorists in its palatial headquarters spread in 18 acres at Bahawalpur. As per intelligence agencies after Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed is the largest threat for India. It is also a matter of concern that the intelligence agencies of the entire world keep vigil on Lashkar but not on Jaish. The mastermind of the terrorist attack on Pathankot airbase Masood Azhar is the chief of Jaish. Azhar’s name has been in limelight in hijacking of Indian plane in 1999 and  attack of Indian Parliament in the year 2001. He is also responsible for the first sucide attack on Indian soil, when a 17 year terrorist of Jaish-e-Mohammed blasted the Maruti car laden with explosives before the army headquarters at Srinagar. Recently, the US president, Barak Obama also for once admitted  the truth. At the fag end of his Presidential term and the  last State of the Union address Obama said that Pakistan is a heaven for the terrorists. He warned that Pakistan-Afghanistan will continue to be a safe shelter for new terrorist networks and terrorism will continue for decades in both these countries. I acts of terror actions are to be taken on the basis of clues and signals in international crimes especially in matters like terrorism. Due to such experiences now Indian public opinion is not ready to fall in the trap of Pakistan i.e. perhaps Pakistan may not be able to misguide through its method of dispensing contradictory information. The media reports of the arrest of Masood Azhar and his associates may have a purpose to mislead the US alongwith India since several US senators are opposing the sale of F-16 fighter planes to Pakistan. It is clear that Pak should  not be trusted until India has  solid evidence that Pakistan in serious to finish the terrorist sects threatening India. It’s not sufficient that Masood Azhar and some of his associates have been taken into custody. India should not fall into the trap of Pakistan.
