Keeping his election promise, the US President Donald Trump has under the plans to stop terrorism, ordered to be stricter towards those coming to the US from Pakistan. Now a Pakistani may enter the US only after a thorough investigation and inquiry. Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan are also included in this category. President Trump has stayed the entry for those coming from the seven Muslim countries during the day. Entry scheme for refugees has been postponed for 120 days. The nations from which the refugees have been stayed are Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen, Sudan and Somalia. The US administration initiated its action just after Trump’s executive decision on Saturday. Though a court there has ruled against this order of Trump hearing the petition of an Organization working for human rights. Trump said he isn’t against the Muslim community; he just wants to stop the Muslim terrorism. It is true that Islamic terrorist incidents are happening since 9/11 against which the Americans are very angry. It is this anger that has elected Trump the president, so he doesn’t want to spare any chance to cash it. There is resistance from all quarters for Trump’s step. Though Trump may have cleared that he isn’t against the Muslim community but what he said in terms of the refugees that the Christians would be given preference, it makes clear that some people don’t justify his step on humanitarian grounds. It is no secret that some Islamic terrorist groups like Al Qaida, Islamic State are continuously active against the US and they have succeeded in misleading the Muslim youths, as such the US has the exclusive rights to take steps for its security. It is no secret that the IS has sent its fighter terrorists along with innocent refugees in Syria in Europe and other Arabian countries and these elements are continuously attack in Europe these days. It is no secret that just after the 9/11 terrorist attack a large section in the US has been screening the Muslims with suspicion. They feel that they provide shelter to the terrorists of the Muslims nations in the US and all of them are full of hatred against the US. Therefore, so many Muslims in the US from various countries feel themselves insecure. A federal court in the eastern district of New York has ordered on Saturday to stay the government’s decision to repatriate the refugees to their nations. The court believes that it will cause them an irredeemable loss. It may also be seen whether it’s right and constitutional.
